Privacy policy

Effective October 28, 2026

This policy covers Pam, a private email and calendar assistant operated by Andluck.

Information accessed and used

With the account holder's explicit authorization, Pam uses these Google permissions:

• Read-only Gmail: account identity and email information. The current inbox function reads recent message headers and snippets on request. It cannot send, delete, or modify email.
• App-created calendars: create and manage calendars created by Pam and their events, including internal follow-up reminders.
• Calendar availability: check busy times on calendars available to the authorized account, without access to those calendars' event descriptions through this permission.

Pam uses this information and the operator's instructions to answer requests, review correspondence, check availability, and maintain reminders. Authorized follow-up jobs may synchronize reminders automatically.

Processing and sharing

Google processes authorization and API requests. Hosting and storage providers process data needed to operate Pam. Messaging providers process assistant conversations, and the configured AI provider may process relevant email snippets, calendar details, and instructions to produce a requested response. Google authorization credentials are excluded from messages and model prompts.

Human access is limited to the operator and access specifically authorized for operation, support, security, or legal requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising profiles, published on this website, or used to train or improve generalized AI models.

Pam's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Authorization credentials are stored in private files on operator-controlled systems. Calendar identifiers and synchronization state are retained to maintain reminders. Google retains email and calendar data in the authorized account.

Assistant conversations and Google-derived information used in replies may remain in private assistant records and messaging history. Follow-up records may also be retained. These records have no automatic deletion period and remain until removed by the operator. Backups and historical copies may require separate handling.

Revocation and deletion

Remove Pam's connection at Google Account connections to stop future Google API access. This does not automatically delete existing calendars, events, conversation history, or retained records.

For access, deletion, or privacy requests, contact support@andluck.com. The operator handles requests individually, including credentials and retained copies.

This website

These pages have no Google sign-in, set no cookies, and include no analytics scripts. Hosting servers may record standard request information, including IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and time, to operate and monitor the service.
